Ingredients

  • ½ a wholemeal bagel, toasted
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 2 slices of turkey
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Method

  1. Top the toasted bagel with the other ingredients to keep hunger at bay until your next meal.
